Privacy

Panels you plan are saved in your own browser, not in an account on our side. To generate a layout or build a PDF, the panel data is sent to our server, used for that request and discarded — we keep no copy. Clearing your browser data deletes your panels for good, so export anything you want to keep.

• Your email address, if you ask us to send the drawing by email. It is used to deliver that message and a copy reaches our support mailbox, together with the country your request came from, your interface language and whether you allowed us to write again.
• What you write in the feedback form, plus your address if you leave one and the panel drawing if you attach it.
• The country of your request, worked out from your IP address on our own server. The IP address itself is not written down or stored.
• Anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics: which pages are opened, which steps of the wizard are completed, whether a PDF was downloaded or emailed. Your email address is never sent to analytics.
• Ordinary web server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

Addresses are used to deliver what you asked for, and to ask once how it went — that question rides along in the same message. We only write to you a second time if you ticked the box allowing it. Statistics are used to find out which parts of the service are broken or unused; last month they showed that nobody was finding the download button, which is why it looks different now.

Email addresses stay in our support mailbox for up to two years, then they are deleted. Feedback messages are kept as long as they are useful for fixing what they describe.

Our hosting and mail provider, cyber_Folks S.A. in Poland, and Google Analytics for usage statistics. Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is unconditional — you do not have to give a reason, and nothing about the service stops working afterwards. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to your national data protection authority.
